The physical fitness and muscular frames that many pro athletes have are unmatched. Have you ever wanted to be as in shape as they are? This class will use the same training principles pro athletes use to become stronger, faster, and more overall physically fit. It will incorporate resistance training along with some other exercises to push your bodies in a fun and challenging way. Come see what it is like to train like an athlete!


Who wants the long and lean look of a dancer?  Through the use of a Ballet Bar and a focus on posture, this low impact basic barre class will strengthen and tone your upper and lower body as well as your CORE, while increasing your flexibility.

Burn fat in this fun and challenging class, combining your bodyweight moves with cardio to shape your entire body. A variety of circuits and exercises designed to get you fit from head to toe. This class will start your day out right and leave you feeling strong, fit and healthy!


Jump on any cardio machine of your choice-bike, treadmill, or rowing machine or the TRACK. Participants have the option to switch machines every 10 minutes or stay on 1 of their choice.  Class will be lead thru various resistance and speed increases to make 30 minutes of cardio fly by!


Blast calories & tone the body quickly while you increase your metabolism and your body's ability to burn fat.  Various props will be implemented for variety and fast results.  Low impact modifications will be available in each class.


Blast Fat with this interval workout geared primarily at improving muscle tone and increasing cardiovascular endurance. The circuit style creates an efficient workout with little rest.

A choreographed dance fitness class for men and women of all fitness and dance levels. Get ready to have fun and burn calories with this high energy cardio workout that will get you sweaty in style.


An incredible way to spend 30 minutes! This workout combines alternating intervals of strength and cardio on the treadmill.


Similar to the Treadz format, however lengthened to 45 minutes of combined treadmill cardio & strength circuits, followed by 15 minutes of core work.


Jump-start your heart with fun, inspiring music. This High Intensity Interval Training class will fuse intervals of cardio and choreographed strength movements. Amped up for the athlete in all of us, the beat of the music will motivate big movements, make you forget you are working out, and leave you on a Fitness High while torching calories. KICKBOXING (45min)  

A fun & challenging workout that combines kicking and punching to create a major calorie burn.  A series of power and cardio moves will increase stamina, improve coordination & flexibility, and build lean muscle.


This class combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and incredibly defined.


POUND is a full-body workout that targets the inner & outer thighs, rear-end and core. The drumsticks aren’t for show. At ¼ lb per stick the Ripstix are perfectly designed to maximize your arm workout. The heart-pumping moves and upbeat tunes keep this class feeling fresh. After a long day, there are few things more exhilarating than grabbing a pair of drumsticks and being able to POUND out your stress. *Ripstix provided*


One hour dedicated to hard core fitness classes including anything from Cardio Kickboxing, Butts-N-Guts, Strength and Cardio Training. The class changes every week, be prepared for anything and everything! 


Great for all yoga levels, beginner to advanced. Combines yoga moves and light weights to enhance flexibility, increase strength & sharpen mental focus


New to Yoga? Or just need a good stretch? Gentle yoga focuses on balancing breath with movement in a safe and relaxing environment. This class is geared toward students who want to move at a slower pace. Gentle yoga provides a beautiful way to softly wake the body up and stretch yourself out.


This class is a great opportunity for our senior community to engage in fitness and health! With gentle movements to build tone, stretching to increase mobility, and group focused exercises this class will be the highlight of your day.


Is cardio boring you and want to lose some fat, add some strength, or just get into better shape in general? Then Sunrise Strength is the class for you! Start your morning off right with a customized workout geared more towards resistance training rather than your typical cardio session. This will include a mixture of bodyweight and weighted exercises with different weights and choices of difficulty to fit the needs of everyone! Strength workouts are a necessity in achieving your best physical shape and abilities, so come on it and give it a try!


Using High Intensity Interval Training working in microbursts of 20 seconds on followed by 10 seconds of rest ( or 45/15, 50/10).  Exercises will focus on upper and lower body, as well as core, using cardio and strength. Maximize weight loss & get toned with optimal “afterburn” which will  continue to burn calories long after the workout. 


20 minutes of Cardio, 20 minutes of Strength and 20 minutes of CORE work! This class has it all, plus great music and super energetic instructors to bring it all together!


20 minutes of Cycle, 20 minutes of Treadz, 20 minutes of Arms and Core work using hand weights.


GUNS GUTS & GLUTES with cardio intervals.


This class combines the use of movement, breath, posture, relaxation and meditation in order to establish a healthy, vibrant and balanced approach to living. Yoga is done in a non-competitive, relaxing environment in order to generate motion without causing strain and imbalances in the body.Yoga Flow is appropriate for anybody, any condition, at any age and can be modified to fit any health profile. Students are asked to wear loose comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat. Classes are suitable for new or continuing students.


We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba®Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
