What to Expect: Being a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist as well as a Certified Athletic Trainer gives me a unique advantage to help train you to obtain whatever goals you may have, while making sure to keep you as injury free and healthy as possible. I have worked with many different levels of people from the weekend warrior, high school athletes, division I collegiate athletes, and even pro athletes. I have worked with the general population along with sports such as swimming, football, baseball, soccer, and track & field. I have covered events such as the OVC Track Championships, the BIG 10 Gymnastics championships, and NFL games. My professional level experience comes from an NFL internship I had with the New Orleans Saints. I was also a 4-year division I collegiate swimmer, so I understand both sides of being the athlete/client, as well as being the trainer.

Whether you have goals of weight loss, gaining lean muscle, just getting in better shape, or training for a sport, I have experience and knowledge in all aspects.
